Monica Redolfi

Monica Redolfi has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Monica started their career at EITOS Executive Search as an HR Consultant, where they focused on recruitment and selection. Monica then moved on to Electrolux, where they served as the VP HR for Europe and later as a Global Talent Management Manager. After that, they joined Gruppo Campari as the Global HR Processes and Programs Director, and later as the Global Talent Management Director. Following that, Monica worked at Technogym as the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager before joining Ariston Group as the Sr Director for Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, People Communication, and Engagement. Monica took a sabbatical year in 2016. Overall, Monica has gained extensive experience in talent management, HR processes, programs, and employer branding.

Monica Redolfi earned a Master's Degree in Political Science - International Studies from Università degli Studi di Trieste, completing their studies from 1997 to 2002.
