Valentina Ruzzini

Valentina Ruzzini has worked in various HR roles throughout their career. Valentina is currently the HR Director at Ariston Group, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at adidas as a Senior HR Manager from May 2023 to June 2023, and as an HR Manager for Global Brands from November 2021 to April 2023. Before joining adidas, Valentina worked at GfK as an HR Business Partner from October 2020 to October 2021, and as an HR Consultant for Global Rewards from August 2016 to October 2020. Valentina also has experience as a Corporate HR Generalist at Luxottica from July 2012 to March 2016, and as a Consultant - Intern at Bip. Business Integration Partners S.p.A. from March 2012 to June 2012.

Valentina Ruzzini completed an MBA Course Program in Strategic Human Resource Management at Mannheim Business School in 2016. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's Degree in Philosophy from Università degli Studi di Milano from 2009 to 2011. Valentina also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the same university, which they earned from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they received the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in 2022.
