Jennifer then worked as a Marketing Associate at Asset Planning Solutions, Inc. from 2000 to 2001, where they implemented marketing strategies and planned events.

In 2001, Jennifer joined SDCRAA as a Ground Transportation Specialist, where they successfully managed several projects, including the development of valet parking services and the installation of safety crosswalks at all terminals. Jennifer worked in this role until 2008.

From 2009 to 2019, Jennifer worked as a Project Manager at Aristotle. Here, they played a crucial role in the software development of a new product for data-driven, phone-based fundraising. Jennifer worked closely with the software developers to design and build a product tailored to meet clients' specific needs while also being applicable to the entire client base. Jennifer also provided guidance to individual associations on customizing the software tools based on their unique requirements, culture, and membership. Jennifer later took on the role of Director of Special Projects and eventually became Vice President, Consulting in April 2021.
