[JOB DESCRIPTION] [Business Development Executive]
Summary
The Business Development Executive (domain: ERP) will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, leading the AritoERP sales process, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating on business plans.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales prospects through networking and develop them into long-term partnerships.
- Lead the sales cycle for AritoERP, from acquiring clients to finalizing deals.
- Present AritoERP products and services to potential customers.
- Maintain follow-up with clients throughout the sales process to understand their evolving needs.
- Provide professional post-sale support to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Manager/Director to create detailed business plans aimed at increasing sales and improving the sales process.
- Manage and participate in networking events such as trade shows, user conferences, and sales seminars organized by both internal and external parties.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in solution sales/business development/pre-sales.
- Understanding of ERP system implementation/software development/implementation.
- Bilingual proficiency; ability to speak and write both English and Vietnamese.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build and manage strong relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, clients and external partners
- Growth mindset and positive attitude.
- Have existing client references relating to ERP systems.
