Job description

The Business Development Manager will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and new business opportunities, especially in sectors with high demand for premium presentation design. You’ll work closely with our marketing, design, and account management teams to build a sustainable client base and achieve sales goals.

Lead Generation:

Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, including email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events.

Conduct research to identify potential clients and business sectors that can benefit from our services.

Client Relationship Management:

Engage with prospective clients to understand their presentation and design needs, and articulate our value proposition.

Maintain and build relationships with existing clients, focusing on repeat business and referrals.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by converting leads into closed deals.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs within the design space.

Analyze competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

Collaborative Development:

Work with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials, case studies, and client testimonials.

Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Track and report sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, client feedback, and sales revenue.

Provide regular updates to leadership on business development activities and outcomes.
