Middle/Senior ERP Consultant

Summary The Middle/Senior ERP Consultant will be responsible for participating at all phases of the project life cycle helping to implement solutions for customers. Activities will include interacting with the customer to understand business processes, documenting work processes, designing new solutions, testing, etc. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, who can work under dynamic conditions and within deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document customer business requirements.
• Configure AritoERP vs. Business requirements.
• Work with cross teams to design and test AritoERP functionalities and integrations.
• Collaborate and utilize deliverables developed by other team members.
• Participate in managing all phases of the project.
• Deliver End User Training and Golive.

Qualifications required:

• 2-3 years in any ERP system with industry experience for any domain.
• Experience with client interactions and communication.
• Experience in ERP Business Requirements Gathering, Documentation, Fit-Gap Assessment, Configuration, Testing, Cutover and Go-Live activities.
• Knowledge of ERP Implementation Methodology, Deliverables.
• Experience working with remote / offshore project teams.
• Experience in leadership and management.
• Outstanding skills in managing people and projects.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good at English communication.
