Jennifer Plett, CPHR, possesses extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Retail Talent at Aritzia since January 2011. Throughout a notable career at Aritzia, Jennifer has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director, Director, Regional Director, Senior Regional Talent Manager, Talent Programs Manager, Talent Manager, and Human Resources Generalist.
