Kelly McCormick

Kelly McCormick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global sourcing, product development, and management within the fashion and lifestyle industries. In the current role as Director of Global Sourcing at Aritzia since February 2021, Kelly oversees sourcing strategies on a global scale. Previously, as Head of Product Development and Sustainable Sourcing at SHLEEP, Kelly launched a luxury lifestyle brand in North America focused on Australian Merino wool products. Kelly held a significant role as Vice President at Nine West Group, managing global sourcing and product development for the handbag/accessory division. Earlier experiences include leadership positions at Tapestry, MGF Sourcing, Li & Fung Limited, and G-III Apparel Group, contributing to product innovation, sourcing, and operational improvements. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retailing and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
