Darrin Lythgoe

Darrin Lythgoe is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in developing software solutions across various companies since 1992. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Arivo Acceptance, Darrin has integrated Temporal workflows and maintained Vue components for key applications. As the Founder and Chief Developer of Next Generation Software, Darrin revolutionized the personal genealogy market with an industry-leading PHP/MySQL platform. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer positions at both SimpleNexus and MyHeritage, where Darrin developed loan origination integrations and genealogical procurement tools. Earlier experience includes roles at Fold3, GE Capital, and SmartTalk, featuring contributions to genealogy services, intranet systems, and IVR software development. Darrin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Brigham Young University.
