Sylvia C. has a long and varied work experience. Sylvia began their career in 2005 as the Manager of Advertising Services at BizBash. In 2006, they moved to Epsilon as an Account Supervisor, where they managed financial reporting, project budgets, scoping, monthly invoicing, write-offs, account receivables and revenue growth. In 2008, they became a Digital Account Supervisor at MRM Worldwide, where they co-managed the U.S. Army's digital presence and directly managed 12 team members. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Proof Integrated Communications as a Director and Senior Director, where they led the growth management of the New York Account team and produced radio spots and campaigns. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at BNY Mellon in various roles, including Vice President of Global Content Strategy, Vice President of Global Content Strategy, Marketing and Communications, and Vice President of Corporate Marketing. In 2017, they became an Executive Advisory Board Member at the Museum of American Finance. In 2022, they became an Official Member at both the Newsweek Expert Forum and Forbes Councils. Most recently, they have been the Senior Director of Marketing Strategy and Planning at Arize since 2021.

Sylvia C. attended California State University, Los Angeles and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Sylvia then pursued a Supply Chain Management Certificate from the University of Redlands, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
