Sarah Harper is the current Vice President of Communications at Arizona Board of Regents. Sarah has over 20 years of experience in public relations and marketing, with a focus on healthcare.

Sarah began their career as Public Affairs Senior at The University of Arizona Health Sciences Center - Phx Campus. Sarah then spent five years as Director of Public Relations and Marketing for Maricopa Integrated Health System before starting their own PR firm, Sharper Public Relations, in 2004. Sarah ran Sharper for seven years before joining Arizona Board of Regents as their Director of Public Affairs in 2011. In 2015, Sarah was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Communications, and they assumed their current role as VP in 2019.

Under Sarah's leadership, the communications team at Arizona Board of Regents has won numerous awards, including the prestigious Silver Anvil Award from the Public Relations Society of America. Sarah is a dedicated public servant and an expert in their field. Sarah is a passionate advocate for education and healthcare in Arizona.

Sarah Harper has a Master of Healthcare Innovation from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Arizona.
