Rob Kisiel

Rob Kisiel is an experienced professional in football personnel, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Player Personnel at the Arizona Cardinals Football Club since March 2023. Prior to this role, Rob held the position of Senior Pro Scout with the Atlanta Falcons from June 2021 to March 2023. Rob's extensive experience includes serving as the Director of Pro Personnel and College Scout for the Houston Texans from June 2012 to May 2021, overseeing areas including Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama, while also cross-checking regions such as Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, and Tennessee. Rob's career began with the Washington Redskins as a Player Personnel Assistant and included roles as a Scout for the Houston Texans and Director of Operations for BLESTO. Rob's football background also includes an internship with the London Monarchs in 1997. Rob holds a degree from Florida State University, attended from 1994 to 1998.
