Patrick Brown is a Senior Writer & Content Producer & Team Reporter at Arizona Coyotes. Patrick has over 6 years of experience in customer success management and program expansions. Patrick has a strong passion for writing and reporting, which they use to help the Coyotes organization improve their communications with the public. In their previous role as Technical Customer Success Manager at VNDLY Inc, they were responsible for directing a team of five people in providing support and program expansions for current clients. Patrick has also implemented a new internal ticketing system that has drastically increased response and resolution times.
