Erika Mitsuyuki

Erika Mitsuyuki has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Erika began their career in 2008 as a Quality Control analyst at Columbia Analytical Services, where they performed analytical analysis and quality control using a CG-MS. Erika also handled equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. In 2013, Erika joined Arizona Nutritional Supplements (ANS) as a Chemist, a role they held until 2016. Erika then transitioned to Isagenix, where they worked as a Product Developer from 2017 to 2019. Erika then briefly worked at Herbally Yours Inc. as a Procurement Specialist before joining Boeing in 2020. At Boeing, they served as a Procurement Specialist until 2021. Recently, in 2022, Erika returned to Arizona Nutritional Supplements (ANS) as a Research and Development Scientist.

Erika Mitsuyuki earned a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, where they studied from 1998 to 2003.
