Robert Shirey

Robert Shirey is an experienced wastewater operations supervisor at the City of Tolleson, managing wastewater treatment facility operations since April 2019. In addition to this role, Robert serves as a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. As the Vice Chairman of the Citizens Water Advisory Committee for the City of Goodyear since October 2023, Robert provides guidance on water resource and system planning. Robert also owns Code Blue Woodworks LLC, crafting personalized wooden flags and signs. Involvement with the Arizona Rangers includes roles such as State Community Relations Board Member, State Social Media Officer, Public Relations Officer, and Internal Affairs Officer. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from Southern New Hampshire University, and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from Grossmont College. Previous driving positions include roles at various companies, culminating as an owner-operator in over-the-road trucking from 2009 to 2014.
