Rapid Prototyping Engineer at Ark Biotech

Orianna Kane has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Orianna began as a Harpist for their own business, Orianna's Hearstrings. In 2016, they were an Undergraduate Researcher on Electrochemical Processes for Removal of PFAs from groundwater at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS). The following year, they were an Undergraduate Researcher on the Wind Energy Program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In 2018, they were a Mechanical Engineer Intern at Waters Corporation, where they created Python tools, parsed and graphed data, designed in Solidworks, 3D-printed test fixtures and tools, and operated different lab instruments. In 2019, they were a Battery Assembly Process Engineering Co-op at A123 Systems. Finally, in 2021, they were a Mechanical Engineer II at Titan Advanced Energy Solutions, and in 2022, they began working as a Rapid Prototyping Engineer at Ark Biotech.

Orianna Kane completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University in 2020 and then continued their education with a Master of Science in Mechatronics from the same university in 2021.
