Dustin A. Pico has extensive work experience in the field of IT and systems administration. Dustin A. is currently working at Involta as the Director of Client Service Delivery. Dustin A. Pico pursued their education in the field of Information Technology. From 2012 to 2017, they attended Penn State University, earning an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended DCI Career Institute from 2005 to 2006, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator.

In addition to their educational background, Dustin also obtained the LogicMonitor Certified Associate certification in December 2019 from LogicMonitor, Inc.
