Dustin A. Pico

Dustin A. Pico has extensive work experience in the field of IT and systems administration. Dustin A. is currently working at Involta as the Director of Client Service Delivery. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Involta, including Manager of Client Support Services, Manager of Network & Systems Services, and Manager of Systems Services.

Before joining Involta, Dustin worked at Autosoft DMS as an IT Manager, where they managed the SCCM Environment and VMWare environment. Dustin A. also worked at ServNet Technologies as a Network and Systems Engineer, and at Ohio Management Services as a Systems Administrator, where they provided consulting services and maintained operations at over 70 remote locations.

Dustin has also held roles at Chestnut Land Company as a Systems Administrator and at The Lake Club of Ohio as a Systems Administrator, where they managed onsite servers, sound equipment, and televisions. Additionally, they worked at Adams Manufacturing as a Network Administrator and Network Support Specialist, and at ESB Bank and Access 995 in various technical support roles.

Dustin A. Pico pursued their education in the field of Information Technology. From 2012 to 2017, they attended Penn State University, earning an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended DCI Career Institute from 2005 to 2006, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator.

In addition to their educational background, Dustin also obtained the LogicMonitor Certified Associate certification in December 2019 from LogicMonitor, Inc.
