Betcy Vincent

Betcy Vincent has worked in various roles throughout their career. Betcy started at Pitney Bowes Inc. in 2002, where they focused on acquisitions, completing 18 strategic acquisitions and one joint venture. Afterward, Vincent joined Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. in 2007 as a Real Estate Investment Sales representative, where they managed property sales, conducted due diligence, and developed repositioning strategies. Later, in 2009, they joined Equa Consulting as a Real Estate Investment Consultant, where they completed feasibility studies and led negotiations for large-scale development projects. In 2013, Vincent worked at Wafra, focusing on real estate acquisitions and fund raising. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Zurich Alternative Asset Management as an Associate Director, overseeing asset management and completing workout and restructuring strategies. Vincent then joined LaSalle Investment Management, where they held roles as a Senior Vice President in Asset Management and later as a Portfolio Manager. In 2022, they worked as a Managing Director, US Real Estate Strategy at the Saudi Family Office, and in 2023, they became the Managing Director of Capital Markets at ARK Homes For Rent.

Betcy Vincent's education history includes a Master of Science (MS) degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, which was completed from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained an Executive Certificate in Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management between 2005 and 2007. Betcy Vincent also holds an MS degree in Business and Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University, completed from 1999 to 2000.
