This experience includes working as an Interim Head of Organisational Development at Glasgow Simon Community, as well as being a Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse at NHS Lanarkshire. The team also has a strong educational background, with the majority of members having a degree from Glasgow Caledonian University in Management of Change.
