Amanda Carlson

Amanda Carlson has worked in the tech recruitment industry for over five years. In 2022, they joined Ark Kapital as a Tech Talent Lead. Prior to that, they were a Talent Acquisition Consultant & Team Lead at Grooo from 2017 to 2021. At Grooo, they were responsible for providing guidance and expert knowledge, operational recruitment support and strategic solutions tailored to the clients needs. Amanda also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Team Lead, and Tech Researcher. From 2021 to 2021, they were a Talent Partner Consultant at Kry and a Talent Partner Consultant at a Startup in Stealth. Amanda began their career in 2015 at Academic Work as a Consultant at SOS Alarm and Team Lead.

Amanda Carlson attended Mälardalen University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor in Behavioural Science in Psychology. Amanda then attended University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2016 to 2017, where they studied Psychology.
