Anni Heilala

Anni Heilala has extensive experience in project and service management, currently serving as Service Manager and Project Manager at Ihku-allianssi since April 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing project tasks and generating service reports. Heilala has also held the position of Project Manager at Arkance Systems Finland Oy since 2022, utilizing expertise from a previous role as a software specialist. Additionally, Anni has served as Secretary for MANK ry since January 2020, organizing events within the Finnish Advisory Council for Infra Construction. Previous experience includes roles in customer service and research assistance in transportation planning sectors. Anni holds a Master of Science in Spatial Planning and Transportation Engineering from Aalto University and a Bachelor of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Helsinki.
