Joe Papania currently serves as a 5th Grade Social Studies Teacher at Arkansas Arts Academy since July 2022. With a strong background in demand planning, Joe has held the position of Senior Demand Planner at Tyson Foods since January 2015 and previously worked as a Demand Planner/Logistics Manager at Pharmavite from August 2012 to March 2014. Early career experience includes roles as a Business Analyst at Procter & Gamble, where Joe analyzed data for major brands, and as a Business Developer/Marketing Representative at Costco Wholesale, focusing on membership growth and community partnerships. Joe began a career in sales as a Professional Sales Representative for the Cincinnati Cyclones. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Education from Harding University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Kentucky University.

The Arkansas Arts Academy is a public charter school offering fine arts education to K-12 students. Located in Rogers, we are the second oldest and one of the largest charter schools in the state. Our mission is to provide a rigorous academic program with a purposed integration of the arts. We challenge our students academically while providing them with an arts enhanced curriculum.
