Patti Lashley

Patti Lashley has a diverse work experience in the field of counseling and mental health. Patti started their career as a Graduate Intern at Ozark Guidance Center in 2014 and later worked as a Primary Therapist at Piney Ridge Treatment Center from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they served as a Therapist at Youth Bridge, Inc, and then transitioned to the role of a Mental Health Counselor at Perspectives Behavioral Health Management, LLC from 2016 to 2018. Patti Lashley is currently working as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Changes Counseling LLC since 2018. Additionally, they hold leadership positions within the Arkansas Counseling Association, serving as President Elect from 2020 to 2021 and currently as the President starting from July 2021.

Patti Lashley earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Patti further pursued their education at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, completing their studies from 2012 to 2015.
