Jenny Higgs has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jenny started their career as a Community Affairs Intern at the Houston Astros in 2011. Jenny later worked as a Student Assistant to Media Relations at the University of Arkansas before moving on to become the Panhellenic Vice President of Community Relations. Jenny also gained experience as an Event Management Intern at the University of Arkansas.

In 2012, Jenny held multiple internship positions, including Partnership Activation Intern at the LA Galaxy, Operations/Broadcast Intern at Sporting Kansas City, and Ticket Operations Intern at the Tiger Woods Foundation. Jenny then worked as an Events staff member at the Tiger Woods Foundation before joining the Special Olympics World Games Los Angeles 2015 as a Spectator Services Hub Manager.

Jenny's career progressed as they became involved in multiple roles at the U.S. Soccer Federation, starting as a National Teams Coordinator in 2013. Jenny was responsible for coordinating and organizing national team training camps and managing player and staff itineraries. Jenny also represented the U.S. Soccer Federation in international events such as the U-20 Women's World Cup. Additionally, they worked with FIFA during the U-20 Women's World Cup in Papua New Guinea.

Following their work at the U.S. Soccer Federation, Jenny joined TEN: A Discovery Communications Company, where they served as an Events Coordinator in the Automotive sector. Jenny managed event registrations, provided logistical support, and handled invoicing matters.

Jenny then worked at the Arkansas Foodbank as a Special Events Coordinator, overseeing special events and signature fundraisers. Jenny managed content creation, media relations, and new fundraising strategies to support the foodbank's mission of providing meals to Arkansans.

Currently, Jenny is employed as the Marketing Director at Arkansas Farm Bureau, where they utilize their expertise in marketing and digital production to contribute to the organization's success.

Jenny Higgs completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sports Management at California State University, Long Beach from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Recreation and Sports Management from the University of Arkansas, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Jenny also holds several certifications. Jenny obtained the certification in Introduction to Typography from Coursera in July 2020, the certification in Fundamentals of Graphic Design from the California Institute of the Arts in June 2020, and the SafeSport certification from the United States Olympic Committee in March 2014.
