Scott Kuttenkuler

Scott Kuttenkuler is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as Vice Chancellor for the Saline County Career Technical Campus at Arkansas State University Three Rivers since March 2021, previously holding the position of Assistant Vice Chancellor at the same campus. Prior to this role, Scott was Vice President for Student Affairs at Southeast Arkansas College from June 2016 to March 2021. Scott's extensive background in university administration includes a tenure at the University of Arkansas at Monticello from August 2003 to June 2016, where Scott held multiple roles, including Dean of Students, Director of University Housing, Director of Governmental Affairs, and Director of Speech and Debate while also serving as an instructor of communications. Scott Kuttenkuler earned a Master's Degree in Communication and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Central Missouri.
