Jonathan Rushing

Jonathan Rushing has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Jonathan is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Arkansas Urology since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Baptist Health from 2012 to 2020, where they held positions such as AVP Clinic Operations & Business Development, Administrative Director, and Regional Practice Administrator. Before joining Baptist Health, Jonathan was the Clinic Manager at Arkansas Epilepsy Program - Clinical Trials Inc. from 2006 to 2012. Jonathan started their career at EASTER SEALS EAST TEXAS INC., where they worked from 2000 to 2006, initially as the Executive Director and later as the Director of Support Services/Human Resources and Human Resources Manager.
