Marta Manicone

Marta Manicone has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Marta started their career as a Sommelier at FISAR Federazione Italiana Sommelier Albergatori Ristoratori in September 2017 and continues to hold this position. Marta also worked as a Food Consultant at Area 8 for a short period in February 2020.

In addition, Marta has experience in event organization, as they served as an Organizzatore di eventi at Agriturismo Colle Igino from January 2020 to August 2022. Marta also gained practical knowledge as a Junior Food Scientist at Arkeon from November 2022 onwards.

Marta's experience also includes an internship at Mercato Metropolitano from September 2019 to December 2019, where they worked on projects related to project management, communication, and recipe development for the Grocery department.

Furthermore, Marta briefly worked as a Vinificatore at Chateau ad Francos in September and October 2017. In 2013, they worked as a Relatore at FAI - Fondo Ambiente Italiano.

Marta Manicone has a Master's degree in Food Sciences for Innovation and Authenticity from the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Science degree in Nutrition Sciences from Wageningen University & Research. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2019, Marta attended the University of Gastronomic Sciences - Pollenzo. Although the degree name and field of study for their time at the University of Gastronomic Sciences are not specified, it can be assumed that their education at this institution is related to food or gastronomy. In addition to their formal education, Marta has obtained various certifications, including IELTS from IELTS Official in April 2016, a Certificate of Completion from ILSC Education Group in June 2015, and another Certificate of Completion from the Centre of English Studies (CES) in July 2013.
