Saara Azbel

Saara Azbel has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Saara is currently working as the Head Of Sustainability at Arla Oy since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Sustainability Manager at Marimekko from April 2018 to June 2021. Saara also served as the Corporate Responsibility & Product Regulation Manager at Altia Plc from December 2014 to April 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the development and coordination of corporate responsibility within the company. Before Altia Plc, Saara worked at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, where they held the position of Commercial Secretary and Project Assistant from July 2008 to April 2013. Saara also worked as a National Expert at the European Commission in the department for trade relations with third countries. Saara's earlier work experience includes roles at Gaia Network Association ry as an Assistant and at Eilakaisla as an Office worker.
