Alexandra F.

Alexandra F. has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Alexandra started their career as a Retail Manager at Malou Sander Retail in 2010 and worked there until 2012. Alexandra then interned at PwC in a People & Change role for a few months in 2012. After that, Alexandra joined Arla Foods in 2013 as an F15 Graduate and stayed until 2015. In 2015, they transitioned to DairyNZ as a Project Manager in Learning & Development and worked there until 2017. Alexandra then became a Capability Development Manager at Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited from 2017 to 2018. After that, they worked as a Leadership Consultant at People & Performance A/S from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Alexandra is working at Arla Foods again, first as a Global Graduate Talent Manager from 2019 to 2020, and now as the Head of Global Talent Development.

Alexandra F.'s education history includes a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School obtained from 2011 to 2013. Alexandra also had an exchange semester at Macquarie University Sydney in 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Service Management from Copenhagen Business School from 2007 to 2010.
