Lars Rosenhagen Sorensen has held various HR positions throughout their career. Lars Rosenhagen started at Zenaria A/S as a Consultant and Concept Creator, where they focused on developing e-learning tools. Lars Rosenhagen then worked as a Legal Consultant at Gen-Change before moving on to Center for Business Development as a Consultant in the Innovation Group, where they contributed to strategic competence and business development. Lars Rosenhagen joined Talent Nord as a Talent Consultant, selling HR, strategy, and market analysis solutions. Lars then transitioned to Vestas, where they held roles such as People & Culture Partner, Talent Development, and Talent Management Specialist, Executive Development. During their time at Vestas, Lars played a key role in implementing corporate talent initiatives and talent management strategies. Lars Rosenhagen later joined Vestas Technology R&D as a Talent Management Specialist and Project Manager, responsible for strategic workforce planning and competence development. Lars also served as an External Lecturer in Strategic HR at Aarhus University. Lars Rosenhagen went on to work at Arla Foods, first as an HR Business Partner for the Consumer Denmark Division, then as the Head of HR for the Global Members, Milk & Trading Business Group. Lars subsequently became the Regional Head of HR for Arla Middle East & North Africa and eventually became the Vice President and Head of International HR, overseeing HR operations in Arla Foods' international markets.

Lars Rosenhagen Sorensen earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Law from Aalborg University in 2006. Lars Rosenhagen then pursued a Master's degree in Organisation & Strategy (Cand.merc.SOL) from Aalborg University from 2006 to 2008. In 2010, they obtained a Green Belt certification in Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) from SCB Associates Ltd. Lars also has additional certifications, including the Arla Global Talent Programme from Arla Foods in 2014, Master Strategic Workforce Planning from HCI - www.HCI.org in 2011, Systems Engineering Fundamentals training from Tonex - www.tonex.com in 2011, High Performance Communication from Stand & Deliver Group - www.standanddelivergroup.com in 2011, Vestas Global Talent Programme from Vestas in 2010, an Advanced user certification in Hogan personality assessment toolbox from A&D Resources, a Certified Business Coach from Manning Inspire, and DDI development and recruitment toolbox from Development Dimensions International (DDI).
