Raymund Lao has a diverse work experience in the marketing and consumer goods industry. Raymund started their career in 1999 at Unilever Philippines, where they held roles as Key Customer Development Manager and Distributor Development Manager until 2004. Raymund then joined Nestle Philippines in 2007 as Category Development and later became the Consumer Marketing Manager from 2012 to 2016. Currently, they are the Head of Marketing at Arla Foods since 2017.

Raymund Lao attended the University of Melbourne from 2004 to 2005, but the degree and field of study are unspecified.
