Steffen Bach Lück

Steffen Bach Lück currently serves as the Head of Corporate M&A at Arla Foods since October 2017, where responsibilities include driving the company’s growth and value creation through M&A, Joint Ventures, and Strategic & Commercial Partnerships. Prior experience includes roles at Deloitte in Financial Advisory from March 2011 to September 2017, where positions included Senior M&A Manager, Assistant Director, Manager, and Assistant Manager. Steffen also worked as a Financial Analyst in Corporate Finance at DONG Energy and as an Assistant Analyst in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young. Early career experiences include a financial internship at Danske Bank and a student instructor role at Aarhus School of Business. Steffen holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Business Administration from Aarhus University, complemented by a semester at UNSW and secondary education from Skanderborg/Odder Handelsskole.
