Herman Dikland

Herman Dikland has extensive work experience in the chemical industry. Herman is currently serving as the Managing Director of ARLANXEO Netherlands B.V. Prior to this, they held the position of Chairman of the Board at ARLANXEO-TSRC, a joint venture company between ARLANXEO and TSRC. At ARLANXEO, they held various roles, including Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of Innovation High Performance Elastomers, and Head of Global NBR and HNBR Business. Before joining ARLANXEO, Dikland worked at Lanxess as the Head of Specialty Elastomers and Vice President of Global R&D. Herman previously served as the Vice President of DSM Elastomers at Royal DSM and held positions at DSM Elastomers as the Director of Global Technical Service and Application Development, New Business Development Manager, Research Manager for the Modification of Polyolefins, and EPDM Product Development Specialist.

Herman Dikland attended the University of Twente from 1983 to 1992. Herman then pursued Business Innovation at TIAS School for Business and Society from 2008 to 2010.
