Paola S.

Paola S. has a wealth of work experience, starting with their current role as Program Manager at Arlene in 2021. Prior to this, they were a Customer Success Manager at Visage.Jobs from 2019 to 2021. From 2018 to 2019, they held two roles simultaneously: Assistant Project Manager at Bosch and Industrial Engineering Contractor at Wabash Technologies. At Bosch, they designed project management plans for change management initiatives and collaborated in the project planning and development of SAP implementation and rollout. At Wabash Technologies, they led the project management section of Kaizen events and collected production data in preparation for Kaizen events. From 2016 to 2018, they held two internships at Honeywell Aerospace: Lean Manufacturing Intern and Process Engineering Intern. As Lean Manufacturing Intern, they conducted an overall diagnosis of the current production status and built an optimized proposal that significantly cut waste. As Process Engineering Intern, they designed experiments to determine the root cause of common production issues, designed a new plan layout, and developed, documented, and provided training on standard procedures.

Paola S. began their educational journey in 2010 when they attended Ardingly College. Paola then went on to attend CETYS Universidad from 2014 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering. In 2017 and 2018, they attended the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria. In 2018, they attended UC Berkeley College of Engineering for Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In 2019, they began attending Northern Arizona University for a Master's degree in Sustainability Studies, which they are currently pursuing. Additionally, in 2020 and 2021, Paola S. attended Texas Tech University for a Wind Energy Graduate Certificate in Engineering.
