Adam J. Henry

Adam J. Henry is the Senior Business Development Manager at Arlington Economic Development. Adam has also previously served as the Senior Business Development Manager at Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation and as a Business Development Manager at Prince William County Economic Development.

Adam has a proven track record in helping businesses start, grow, and relocate. Adam has extensive experience in lead generation, site selection, proposal writing, project management, incentive negotiation, permitting assistance, state and local partnerships, and developing key relationships with decision makers across targeted industries.

Under Adam’s leadership, Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation helped businesses create 588 jobs, generate $26.0 million in capital investment, and absorb over 299,000 square feet of commercial space.

Adam J. Henry has a Master of Science in Political Science - Applied American Politics and Policy from Florida State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (magna cum laude) from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (cum laude) from the University of Florida. Adam also has a certification from the International Economic Development Council in Certified Economic Developer (CEcD).

Adam J. Henry reports to Michael Stiefvater, Acting Director, Business Investment Group. Adam J. Henry works with Troy Palma - Regional Economist, Marc G. Smith - Senior Business Development Manager, and Conor Courtney - Strategic Initiatives Manager.
