Holly Stambaugh

Holly Stambaugh, M.S. HRD, RTSBA, pHCLE, currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Compensation, Benefits, and Risk Management at Arlington ISD since November 2022. Prior to this role, Stambaugh held positions as Director of Human Resources for Compensation, Benefits, and Culture at Arlington ISD and Chief Human Resources Officer at Joshua ISD from October 2017 to November 2022. Stambaugh's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Supervisor of Employment and Personnel and Human Resources Staffing Administrator at Marshall Independent School District, as well as functioning as Operations and Management Consultant Manager and Administrative Assistant at the Agency for Health Care Administration. Stambaugh began their career as a Government Sales Representative at CopyFax2000. Stambaugh holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University, a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler, and a Superintendent Certification from the same institution.
