Lisa Carriere

Lisa Carriere, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lisa is currently working as the Director of People Services at Arlo Hotels since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the People and Culture Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond from May 2022 to October 2022. Lisa also worked as a Sr. People Experience Business Partner at T-ROC - The Revenue Optimization Companies from September 2020 to May 2022. Lisa has also held positions at Hilton, where they were the Director of Human Resources from August 2019 to June 2020 and the Human Resources Manager from July 2018 to August 2019. Before that, they worked as a People Experience Business Partner at T-ROC from December 2017 to July 2018, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Camelback Resort from November 2015 to October 2017. In their roles, Lisa has focused on employee relations, training, and ensuring exceptional service to team members and guests.

Additionally, they have an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Hospitality Management from Northampton Community College.
