Velabhai Bhedaru

Velabhai Bhedaru has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Manager of Software Engineering at Motorola Mobility, where they were responsible for hiring and mentoring the team, as well as designing and developing server-based applications for various purposes. Velabhai also collaborated with a global team to create scalable software applications. From 2013 to 2018, Velabhai worked at NETGEAR as a Director of Software Engineering, overseeing multiple teams and focusing on highly scalable cloud-based software development. In 2019, they joined Arlo Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Director of Software Engineering, where their responsibilities included team building, partnering with Arlo on road maps, and monitoring software quality and design practices.

Velabhai Bhedaru earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics & Communication from Karnatak University between 1991 and 1995. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Communication Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
