Mary Ellen Rich

Mary Ellen Rich is currently the Certification Manager at ARM Institute. Mary has previous experience working as a Test Development Manager at the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) from January 2016 to December 2019, as well as Director, Advanced Placement Assessments, at The College Board from January 2014 to December 2016. Her earlier experience includes working as a Certification Assessment Manager at CMMI Institute from January 2012 to December 2014, and finally as an Assessment Specialist at Software Engineering Institute | Carnegie Mellon University from January 2005 to December 2012.

Mary Ellen Rich has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.S. from Penn State University. Mary also has a certification from the Institute for Credentialing Excellence in Credentialing Specialist Certificate.
