Caroline Rowland is the Vice President of Talent at Arm. Caroline has over fifteen years of experience in leadership development and performance management. Caroline has a proven track record in creating and implementing successful global strategies for leadership development and talent management. Caroline is also an expert in people data and analytics, and has a keen interest in people operations. Caroline is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, and is committed to building an inclusive culture at Arm.
Caroline Rowland completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (hons) in Business Studies with Human Resource Management at The University of Salford. Prior to that, they completed A-levels in Business Studies, Psychology, Theirtory of Art at Long Road Sixth Form College in Cambridge.
