Pallavi Rao

Pallavi Rao is the VP People, North America at Arm. Pallavi has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining Arm, Pallavi was with Texas Instruments for 9 years where they managed the staffing and talent development functions. Pallavi also has experience in HR business partnering and diversity and inclusion.

They work with Kyle Fischer - Director, Learning & Development, Stephanie Ham - Senior Director People Business Partner, and Lochie Hausman - Director, Global Reward and Benefits. Pallavi Rao reports to Kirsty Gill, Chief People Officer.
