Katherine Adcock

Katherine Adcock serves as Principal Legal Counsel at Arm since November 2016, providing strategic multi-jurisdictional legal advice for the Arm software tools group in a non-contentious IP licensing and commercial capacity. Prior to this role, Katherine was Legal Counsel at SIS Betting from September 2014 to November 2016, where responsibilities included cross-border legal transactional support and contract negotiation. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Legal Counsel and Commercial, Corporate, and Employment Solicitor at Barr Ellison Solicitors from August 2009 to August 2014, as well as Property Manager at Chard Robinson Group and Probation Service Officer at the National Probation Service. Katherine holds a Legal Practice Course from the College of Law London, a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Hertfordshire, and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics & Social Policy from Newcastle University.
