Ivy S. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and personnel management. Ivy has held various roles in different companies, starting from their early career as an HRIS Coordinator at 2Wire. Ivy then worked at Orbotech as a Human Resources Coordinator and at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Human Resources Administrator. Ivy also worked at Atmel Corporation as a Global Compensation Program Manager and at TriNet as a Manager of Compensation. Ivy then moved on to Yelp, where they served as a Senior Manager of Compensation, overseeing the global compensation function for the organization. After Yelp, Ivy joined Illumio as a Senior Total Rewards Manager, leading the global total rewards function for the company. Ivy continued their career at Talend as a Director and later as a Senior Director of Global Total Rewards, where they developed and implemented comprehensive global total rewards and recognition programs. Currently, Ivy holds the position of Head of People Operations at Armada, where they oversee all facets of human resources and personnel management. Additionally, they serve as a Board Member at the Bay Area Compensation Association. Ivy has consistently focused on driving initiatives that align with overall company goals and empower employees.
