Rusty Gribble has over 16 years of work experience in the finance field. Rusty is currently the Director of Finance at Armada Hoffler since September 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Armada Hoffler Properties, including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from September 2020 to 2022, Senior Financial Analyst from 2017 to September 2020, and Analyst from 2013 to 2017. Rusty also worked as a Financial Analyst at Walt Disney World from 2006 to 2013.

Rusty Gribble holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Stetson University. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Lynchburg.
