Olivia Russell

Olivia Russell is a seasoned professional in the fields of international conflict and security, with extensive experience at ACLED from July 2017 to the present, where roles have included Strategic Advisor, Executive Director, Director of Programs & Operations, Program Director, and Project Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a DM&E Associate at Search for Common Ground and as Program Manager at Action on Armed Violence. Additional roles span editorial and communications positions at Stability: International Journal of Security & Development and the Pacific Council on International Policy, along with internships and assistant positions at various organizations, including the International Rescue Committee and International Crisis Group. Education includes a Master of Arts in International Conflict and Security from the University of Kent and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Political Science and Philosophy from Trinity College Dublin.
