Jim Branham

Chief Operating Officer at Armed Forces Retirement Home

Jim Branham has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jim most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at the Armed Forces Retirement Home, where they were responsible for the overall operations and management of two retirement facilities. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Buildings and Grounds at St Johns College and as the Hall and Facilities Administrator at the Army Distaff Foundation. In addition to their roles in retirement communities, Jim also has experience in linguistics, having served as the Director of Assessions at L-3 Communications. Jim has also held leadership positions at the Cathedral Foundation and Internosis, where they managed facilities support services and directed consultant management, respectively. Jim's career began in the U.S. Army, where they served for 25 years, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Jim Branham obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they studied from 1969 to 1973. Jim then pursued a Master's Degree in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, they earned a Master's in Engineering Administration from the University of Utah, completing their studies from 1980 to 1983.
