Daniel Grosvenor is an experienced operations manager and project manager currently serving as the Director of Operations at Innovative Physics since August 2021. Daniel began as a Project Manager at Innovative Physics, leading various projects and managing a diverse team while addressing complex challenges in radiation detection equipment and Artificial Intelligence. Prior to this role, Daniel worked in several capacities, including Technical Trainee/Apprentice Project Manager at Isle of Wight Council, where responsibilities included managing highways functions, and Operations Management at INSIDE GROUND LTD, where a business was established within a Young Offenders Institute. Daniel has a bachelor's degree in Project Management from the University of Portsmouth and has gained extensive experience across various industries, including youth outreach, marketing, client management, and sales during earlier positions at organizations such as St James's Church and Newsquest.

Innovative Physics
Innovative Physics (IPL) research, design and develop leading edge instrumentation for the radiation monitoring market. We provide unique technological solutions to threat detection in the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives (CBRNE), Civil Nuclear and Medical markets. This is achieved through the combination of scientific and technological expertise, unique creativity and innovation. Our Survey meters, radioactive isotopic identifiers and gamma imaging devices generate a reliable response. To analyse, manage and act upon this output, IPL have developed a flexible software platform, providing an advanced classification and decision support system. Our current focus is on the development of advanced technology for decontamination and emergency response teams following nuclear incidents. Please see product information.
