Paul Logan

Paul Logan is the current VP of Operations at Armedia. Paul has over 10 years of experience in managing office operations, administration, information infrastructure, and logistics. Paul was previously the Vice President, Washington, DC Operations & Senior Analyst at DESE Research, Inc. from February 2010 to September 2013. In this role, they were responsible for successfully establishing the DESE office in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Paul also effectively planned, acquired, installed, configured, managed, and maintained a support infrastructure for the DESE DC team. Additionally, they recruited, hired, trained, and led Enterprise Architecture (EA) Project Managers, Team Leaders, Operational, Systems, and Technical Standards Analysts and office support personnel. Paul Logan has a proven track record of successful business captures, developing and presenting management and technical proposals, and negotiating contract terms. Paul has successfully managed the execution of 52 IT service contracts and task orders valued at over $23 M. Paul Logan is highly respected in their field and has represented clients and DESE in Federal and DoD Enterprise Architecture working groups and forums.

Paul Logan has an Executive MBA from Virginia Tech, an M.S. in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, a B.S. in Engineering and Geography from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a Masters Certificate in Chief Information Officer (CIO) & Information Assurance (IA) from the National Defense University. Paul is currently pursuing a career in data science at General Assembly.
