Kari Kuyper, CBP, HRPM has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Kari began their career in 1999 as the HR Manager at Betaseed, where they supervised a Human Resources department and front desk with 1 direct report and 2 indirect HR representatives in Idaho and Oregon consisting of 175 exempt and non-exempt employees. Kari was responsible for all HR functions including payroll, worker's compensation, liability/risk, and auto insurance. Kari also oversaw resource allocation and management for a $350k budget, administered all benefits including pension & 401k plans, executed cost accounting, and oversaw recruiting, safety programs, and DOT monitoring with random drug testing.

In 2003, Kari moved to Richmond American Homes as the HR Manager, where they directed human resource functions for 150 personnel for the East division and 20 employee Design center. During their time there, they enhanced comprehension of new performance management process by communicating new procedures to all Division Leadership, including Division President through key participation in corporate rollout. Kari also improved temp-to hire and temporary construction candidate quality while significantly reducing cost-per-hire and increasing hiring manager satisfaction by researching, qualifying, and selecting two new employment agency vendors.

In 2005, Kari began working at ARMLS (Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc.) as the Project Manager. In this role, they executed and delivered diverse projects from inception to completion ranging from construction build outs and remodel of facilities to business projects such as rolling out new development launches and implementing annual billing process. Kari also brought in expansion of front lobby project, on-time with minimal increase in $100k budget due to change request, by leading project in collaboration with Architect, submission of bid, and oversight of contractor to completion of project. Additionally, they improved collaboration and communication across departments facilitating less friction and fewer project delays while improving overall project deliverability through implementation of Project SharePoint, including creation of project scorecard report presented at weekly management meetings providing status of every project currently in process.

Also in 2005, Kari began working at TRC Staffing Services, Inc. as the HR Representative - Temporary Staff. In this role, they administered all new hire paperwork, executed background checks, and led on-boarding process. Kari also generated reports, performed audits, and communicated updates on open positions for Director of Recruitment and other HR staff.
