Randolph Oudemans has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and positions. Currently, they serve as the Director of Sales And Business Development - Asia-Pacific at Armor Defense, a global leader in cloud native cybersecurity. Prior to this, they were the CEO & Chief Compassion Officer at NOW. HERE. Randolph also held various positions at Dell Technologies, including Director, Global Industries - APJC and Regional Manager - APJC - Global Alliances, Industries Team. Randolph also has experience at companies such as Avigilon, Cisco Systems, Pelco by Schneider Electric, Lectra, Sophis Systems, and Brady Corporation.

Randolph Oudemans holds a Master of International Management (MBA With Honors) degree in International Marketing from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
